7 Minute Antioxidant Salad Recipe (with Video)

When I scrolled past this video from SlimFast.com on my Newsfeed, I knew I had to make it.  It is healthy, quick and tasty- perfect as a side dish or on its own.

Ingredients & Health Facts

(Amounts are up to you and your taste preferences)

Spinach- Lutein: Healthy Eyes

Tomato- Lycopene: Healthy Heart

Cucumber- Fisetin: Healthy Brain

Avocado- Vitamin E: Healthy Skin

Red Grapes- Resveratrol: Fights Cancer

Feta Cheese- B12: Immune Boost

Walnuts- Omega-3s: Anti-Inflammatory

Olive Oil- Polyphenols: Fights Cancer

Vinegar- Probiotics: Better Digestion

Pepper- Piperine: Absorbs Nutrients

 

Instructions

Slice/Chop all ingredients, mix together well in a bowl.  Drizzle the Olive Oil & Vinegar on top, add pepper and mix well again.

Super easy, right?
