e.l.f. Poreless Face Primer

e.l.f. poreless primer

This e.l.f. cosmetics Studio Poreless Face Primer is now one of my favorite make-up items.  As a Mom, who doesn’t have much time to do my make-up, unless it is for a special occasion, I never even used primer.  However, an upcoming wedding was the perfect reason to get dolled up.  My friend, who is a make-up artist, came by to do a trial run and to give me tips.

The second this primer was put on my face, I was a huge fan.  It is so lightweight and it feels amazing going on your skin.  Your skin becomes the perfect canvas for the rest of your make-up.  Larger pores are filled in, along with fine lines and wrinkles.  You can even wear it alone as a simple nice base.

Infused with Vitamins A & E, and Tea Tree Oil, your skin feels incredibly soft without feeling oily.  It helped my make-up last throughout the entire wedding.  Even in the humid Summer weather we’ve been experiencing, my make-up stayed put.

One more thing that I absolutely love, not only about this primer, but all e.l.f. products, is that they do not break the bank.  14mL of this primer costs $6 USD and the 30mL format costs $10 on their online store.   I purchased mine from Walmart for about $7 and will now have to try more e.l.f. products.  I have heard they have a skincare line full of cleansers- has anyone tried them yet?  Let me know by commenting below!

The Land of Sweet Forever: Stories and Essays
