Pesto Dipped Garlic Bread

Pesto Dipped Garlic Bread Recipe

Posted on April 13, 2016January 14, 2026 by At Home With Joanna

I had leftover Pesto from my Tomato Melts so I made quick Garlic Bread using the same ingredients.Ā  It is the perfect dish to have if you’re looking for a comforting snack. Ā

You can make the garlic bread however you wish.Ā  I know many people have their preferred methods of how to do so.Ā

Ā This is how I made it (while being sick), which to be honest, was the lazier way of doing things.Ā  While it may be a “lazy” dish, who cares if it tastes good, right?

Ā

Pesto Dipped Garlic Bread

Ingredients

Slices of your favorite Bread

Butter

1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt

Pinch of Dried Basil

Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper Pepper

Drizzle of Olive Oil

Pesto for Dipping

Instructions

Butter your favorite bread, and add the garlic salt, basil, salt, and pepper.Ā

Add a drizzle of olive oil on top and place the slices on a baking tray. Ā You can also add shredded cheese on top if you would like cheesy garlic bread!Ā

Place on the top oven rack with the broiler set to High. Ā

Keep your eyes on it and once you see the butter melting and sizzling, remove it from the oven.

Dip in the chilled pesto and enjoy!

How would you “up” this pesto-dipped garlic bread recipe?Ā  Let me know in the comments!

Thank you for commenting! I know it sounds like a lazy man’s version of things but sometimes that’s exactly what needs to be made šŸ˜‰ Thanks again for leaving a comment! I really appreciate it!
