Ready to *POP*! Due Date Has Been Reached!

Ready to *POP*!

We’ve made it to our due date!
—
To everyone who has been supportive throughout this pregnancy, thank you so much for everything. Even putting up with my constant posts says a lot. Your kindness means so much to us. We are lucky to have such great friends.šŸ’›
—
To our families, there are simply no words good enough to show the appreciation we feel for all you have done. We are beyond grateful.šŸ’™
—
Liam, thank you for making this pregnancy the best thing I have ever experienced. I already feel so amazed and lucky that I get to be your Mommy. We love you so much & are so excited to meet you. To your Daddy, thank you for always making sure I am feeling okay, for the back rubs, and for always being there for us. ā¤

*POP*

To all of the beautiful Moms, handsome Dads, and their cutie pie children I have met through blogging about this pregnancy, it was amazing getting to know you and sharing the experience with you. Ā I don’t know when Liam will join us (he is showing no signs of wanting to leave so he hasn’t received the eviction memo yet I guess!) but I will write the birth story when I can and I can’t wait to learn and share parenthood lessons with all of you.

If you are currently pregnant, congratulations and please feel free to get in touch with me with any questions, or concerns.Ā  Or, if you simply want to chat about anything, I am here for that too! Ā It is my pleasure to meet so many great people and read all about what you’re going through.

Much love,

Joanna

Oh my! It’s my son’s birthday today and he was one day over. My first was on day 15 over so enjoy those last days of rest and cherish yourself a little. I ended up having a hot curry and trudging up the beach in the rain to get things moving. What a special time you have coming up. šŸ™‚

Aw, happy birthday to your son! And I have a feeling this little one wants to stay in for quite some time still- he’s still pushing it behind into my ribs and his foot is constantly protruding at my side. We shall see!! I’ve never been so scared and excited all at the same time before…

I think the worst thing was everyone keep calling and asking for news!

Right now, the worst part for me is not knowing when he will want to actually be here and for every new feeling I get I think “Is this it?!” lol plus I’m gaining weight like crazy right now and while I don’t mind the weight gain, my skin is sore to the touch from stretching so much. Ouchie! Not much longer now though and I’ve been lucky, so I can’t complain. šŸ™‚
