Micro-managing social media

Micro-managing your Social Media

Posted on August 1, 2017 by At Home With Joanna

Micro-managing your Social Media: Good or Bad for Business?

In the current day and age, it seems like we are constantly looking at one form of social media or another.  Whether walking down the street, taking public transportation, or sitting in a coffee shop, most of the people you see will have their smartphones in their hands, or their laptops open.
“Teens now spend up to nine hours a day on social platforms, while 30% of all time spent online is now allocated to social media interaction. And the majority of that time is on mobile – 60% of social media time spent is facilitated by a mobile device.”  -via Social Media Today
For businesses, having your brand shared on social media, helps spread the word about what service or product you provide.  Whether you are an entrepreneur starting your own business, or have worked for the same business for many years, one thing doesn’t change.  Markets are competitive.  This can cause you to spend hours a day, analyzing website stats, or how many new followers you have on Instagram and Facebook compared to other brands.
While being on social media has advantages, and everyone knows a business should have an online presence, there could be a downside.  If you focus all of your time/resources on trying to get a large following, you could be damaging your business.  Whether it is because you hired the wrong person to manage your social media marketing, or you have lost focus on more urgent matters, micro-managing is risky.  This is when  companies who can take care of your social media marketing come to take that extra work off of your plate.

Twenty West Media

“Why would I hire a company to post on Facebook, when I can do that myself?”  Twenty West Media provides more than simply posting on their customers Facebook business pages.  Their employees will customize a plan with you to optimize the amount of exposure you will get.

They increase exposure to your target markets & gain sales leads, increased website traffic & search engine optimization, promote your products, services & special offers and much more. They can even generate ads that reach between 2500-3500 new visitors a week.
When I started my website, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to SEO, or Web Development.  I spent countless hours learning about such marketing tools.  If I had a business to run on top of that, other aspects of my business would have started to fail.  Twenty West Media would have come in handy and I’m sure my stats would be much higher than they are now.
If you would like to see what plans they offer, view their portfolio and find more information on what they can offer you to help your business succeed, visit their official website.  You can of course, find them on Facebook, call (514) 700-0894 or e-mail them at [email protected].
